About

Quiet Meadow Goods began in 2019 as a market stall: a folding table, a few bolts of linen, some candles that leaned slightly in their jars. It was meant to be a weekend experiment. Ten years later it is a small shop, a slower journal, and a continuing argument with myself about how much anyone really needs.

The argument is the point. Everything here is chosen on three questions: Is it made of something honest? Will it still be useful in ten years? Would I be happy to own it myself? If the answer to any of those is no, it does not come in.

This journal is where the longer thoughts live — about materials, rituals, and the quiet work of making a home feel settled. No trends, no hauls, no “must-haves”. Just notes from a small house at the edge of a meadow, written between loads of washing.
